I reached early morning and they allowed early check in without additional charge, but charges they asked more from different web site. I booked directly over the phone. I stayed two days and one night. Room was ok, no vantilation but we did not have much time so stayed in night only. Cleaning was ok. Staff is soft spoken and helpful. Service are ok, long waiting time if you ask specific things but the served. Budget hotet but 6 KM away from main visiting place. This hotel falls in UP Kervi where all the religious places are in MP so few autos are not allowed to cross the boarder. Better to take hotel near Ramghat so traveling time on daily for visiting place will be less. This hotel is near to Kervi Chitrakoot dham railway station. Chitrakoot place is very religious and spiritual, you can connect places from Treta yug when Lord Ram , Sita and Lakshman stayed here 11.5 years out of his 14 year Vanvas. Government should arrange basic facilities like washrooms near to all temples. Local auto and taxi charge genuinely but most of them does not have detail about places. Overall journey was very good. I should have plan for three days reason being in two days could not cover places are in outskirts like Bharat koop and Balmiki ashram. But during two days I have covered all main places.

We stayed for a night at this hotel. We had booked a super deluxe room for 3 adults. The room was very ordinary, linen were dirty, we had to get them changed. Bathroom was also not clean, exhaust fan was not working and they could not fix it. No space was arranged in bathroom to keep toiletries. However both room and bathroom were of good size but had poor maintenance. We had dinner at their restaurant same night and bread next day morning. Food was tasty but of good quality. Staff were good and polite. There is limited parking for guests vehicles.

Average hotel with good food and descent location! Located with in city. Descent hotel compared to other hotel options. Dont expect much. No laundry service available. Parking space available with driver accommodation.

Services too bad. All the staff were incompetent and very slow. Bathroom worst Rates r too high according to hotel and services. Dharamshala is better then this hotel. So many option available in chitrakoot as dharamshala which is better then this hotel.

During my Journey I stayed there on night which was booked by Greenlands Journey(Holiday). The Hotel is well built with all amenities in this area of UP but poorly managed and maintained, it can be much better.
